All Hands Are Helping Hands
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Knights Table!
Volunteers are highly valued at Knights Table. We recognize that volunteers play a vital role not only in society but also with Knights Table by helping to serve and walk with those living with poverty in Peel; volunteers partner with us to work for peace, dignity and justice.

Volunteers function as highly visible role models within our communities and they increase the capacity of Knights Table. Each year we rely on more than 3,200 volunteers to be a part of our team to assist with programs, meals, food bank, tutoring, after-school clubs, building maintenance, day camps, and a wide variety of seasonal and special events.

Volunteers make an incredible difference in our ability to provide effective programs to the community. We are most grateful to each individual and group who gives his or her time and talents to make a difference to Knights Table community.

Individuals are very welcome to volunteer with Knights Table.
A list of urgent volunteer opportunities is listed below. Once you have found an opportunity that appeals to you please review our Volunteer Guidelines and complete the individual application form; both documents are found in the Online Forms section.

Groups are very welcome to volunteer with Knights Table.

For group or any other volunteer inquiries please email or call 905-454-8725 for more details and to discuss dates.

To ensure the best experience for all group members the maximum size for a group is generally ten participants; it is still acceptable if your group size is smaller than ten. If you have a group that is made up of more than ten people you can always consider dividing into smaller groups to volunteer with different programs; on occasion we have opportunities for groups that are larger than ten individuals, please email or call 905-454-8725 to discuss.
